Older motel that is very well run and safe. Mostly workers stay there and place is well priced. The manager is always watching the grounds and does not rent to the bad element which keeps things clean and quiet.
Nice, but the carpets need to be steam cleaned, mine and my kids feet keep getting black every time we walk barefoot on the carpet... Ugh!
Great value! It is a quiet and clean place. Mostly workers who are in town for a job. A few long term residents. The best budget motel in Hattiesburg. Great location! Several restaurants in walking distance. Right on a city bus line. You can take it and get to most locations in Hattiesburg.
I was at the carriage Inn for over 4 months and unexpectedly had to leave and I've got to say their courtesy, professionalism and customer service did not waver or falter at all. It's rare to see such a thing now a days in this day in age and I applaud and recommend this hotel for any length of stay any day of the year.
This is a great place. Good prices, clean, quiet, and the people who run the hotel are amazing! If you're going to be in Hattiessburg for any length of time, I highly recommend the Carriage Inn!
Me and my daughter have been staying here for about 4 months now. Place is a little older than some of the hotels in the area, but clean and management doesn't allow riff raff in. Manager walks the grounds and makes sure things are good daily and jightly. It is a family run business and they are friendly and always making sure things are clean. There are several stores and businesses within walking distance, which makes for convenience. Pricing isn't too bad. If you are looking for a place to stay while in the area, I recommend them.
Not a bad hotel, decent price, friendly, quite. No coffee pot in room, no swimming pool or contenental breakfast just a small family owned and operated place. It works lol
We stay here frequently. Price is average. Had fridge microwave cable tv and free wifi. Rooms are clean. Lots of stores nearby and lots of parking.
